HTML5 Plugin for vCenter doesn’t show any data

If you have logged into vCenter using its DNS name (and not IP address), and VirtuCache HTML5 plugin for vCenter doesn’t show any data, then check if vCenter is being resolved by its DNS name from within VirtuCache manager VM (by logging into VirtuCache Manager VM, default userid / password for which is virtucache / virtucache), and if VirtuCache manager VM is being resolved by its DNS name from within vCenter VM (by logging into vCenter VM).

If this problem happens even when you log in to vCenter using its IP addresses then perform the steps above using IP addresses instead of DNS names.
