If the Flash web client is not working?

– log in to the VirtuCache Manager appliance
– ping the vcenter and Esxi hosts by name
– if it doesn’t work then fix dns/wins config
– disable firewall (ufw disable) and restart apache webserver (service apache2 restart). Disabling firewall persists on reboot
