Instructions to upload VMware and VirtuCache logs to Virtunet Google Drive or FTP location

Virtunet Sales Engineer will send you a Google Drive location for you to upload the support bundle. The Google Drive location is not password protected, but Google does require some form of Google authentication to access any Google Drive location.  After you upload the files to this location, it will again be password protected.

You can also upload the support bundle to our FTP site by following the below instructions. The upload to our FTP site is slower than upload to Google Drive.

— If you are using winscp use FTP option and not the SFTP or TFTP options

— some programs may require you to specify it in the form “ftp://ftp.tigertech.net/”
