VirtuCache’s VMware Flash web client is not updating.
In case the content served by the Flash web client plugin doesn’t seem to update, even after refreshing the browser page, then follow below procedure to show that the thick client content was not updating:
– Log onto the VirtuCache appliance
– Look at the following log: /var/log/apache2/ssl_access.log (or /var/log/apache2/access.log)
– the URLs served for the thick client plugin are logged here
– Copy and paste one URL on the browser to show that the content was updated in the browser but not in the Flash client.
Uninstall the plugin and re-register the plugin.
