What to do if plugin in the thick client doesn’t show

If thick client plugin is not working then try the following:

– log in to the appliance

– ping the vcenter and esx hosts by name

– if it doesn’t work then fix the dns/wins config

– disable firewall (ufw disable) and restart apache webserver (service apache2 restart)
