Quota Carrying Sales Person.
This person will be based in the San Francisco-Bay Area responsible for quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise, service provider, and SLED accounts in the Mid-West and East Coast. Requires frequent travel.
Experience – 2-4 years.
Employment Type – Full-time.
1. Must have sales engineering experience of 2-4 years and 1-2 years of quota carrying sales experience in Enterprise Storage. Please do not apply if you have no knowledge of Enterprise Storage and Virtualization fields. Junior Sales Engineers in Enterprise Storage looking to move to a quota carrying role are welcome to apply.
2. Since this is a new customer acquisition role, you should be willing to cold call and also be able to pitch to prospects cold at our trade show booths.
Sales Compensation – On target earnings considerably higher than at similar roles in High Tech.
Equity Ownership – Virtunet Systems is a 100% employee owned company, with zero debt, zero outside funding, and profitable. As a result, we have a larger pool of stock reserved for employees than VC backed companies. Stock ownership for this role is two orders of magnitude higher than with similar VC backed companies.
